Fisher Plaza
Seattle, WA

In 2011, the Hines Global REIT acquired Fisher Plaza. Completed in 2003, Fisher Plaza contains a five-story building and a six-story building totaling 293,727 square feet of office, retail, broadcast, telecommunications and data center space. Fisher Plaza is situated in a campus setting; the perfect backdrop to showcase its dramatic glass architecture.

Fisher Plaza was designed with a highly flexible and adaptable infrastructure, which allows tenants to easily facilitate office layout changes and system upgrades. All office space is efficiently designed with greater column-free bay depth, so there is more usable space per square foot. The floors are raised 18", and house an environmentally progressive cooling system and communications wiring. The ample space under foot also eases remodeling, electrical distribution and efficient upgrading of working environments.

Designed by Lance Mueller & Associates, windows dominate the plaza structures and spectacular views of Elliott Bay, The Olympic Mountains and Lake Union abound. To capitalize on all the surrounding natural beauty, many floor plans provide spacious view decks.
