Brad Soderwall

Mr. Soderwall is a managing director responsible for new business development in Detroit, MI and Milwaukee, WI. He most recently led the development of a 1.1 million-square-foot headquarters expansion for Northwestern Mutual in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since joining Hines in 2000, Soderwall has been involved in developing, managing and leasing large-scale commercial office and retail projects totaling more than 10 million square feet.
Soderwall earned both his BS in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA from the University of Michigan.
