George Clever

George is a senior managing director and is responsible for Hines’ development, acquisition and investment management activities in the San Francisco Bay Area markets. His current responsibilities include asset management and oversight of 2.8 million square feet of properties throughout the Bay Area. Since joining Hines in 1995, George has contributed to the development, acquisition, financing, marketing and disposition of more than 12 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at more than $6 billion.

George earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
