John Plumb

Mr. Plumb is Vice President, Preconstruction in the Conceptual Construction Group and is responsible for estimating, scheduling, and leading other preconstruction activities on Hines’ equity developments and development management projects in North America and abroad. Plumb analyzes the market and current trends/developments with the goal of ensuring that pricing is both competitive and realistic for each product type. He joined the firm in 2014 and has 18 years’ experience of providing preconstruction/estimating services for projects of all types and sizes with precision.

Plumb earned his BA from the University of Mississippi.
