Kai-Magnus Schulte

Mr. Schulte is a Managing Director of Hines Germany and is a co-head of the Berlin and Hamburg offices, based in Berlin. He is responsible for investment management, project development and business development across all asset classes in northern Germany with a focus on the Berlin and Hamburg regions. His past experience includes serving as investment manager responsible for acquisitions in Berlin and Hamburg.

Schulte joined Hines in 2012. He graduated from the University of Regensburg with a degree in Business Administration and received a PhD in Real Estate Management from the University of Regensburg in 2012. He holds also MSc Real Estate from the University of Reading.
