Kamil Nurek

Kamil Nurek is Managing Director of Hines Poland. Together with Marcin Wielgus, MD, he leads the Hines Poland country platform. Kamil joined Hines in 2012 and served primarily as a Director of Property Management for logistics projects supervising Hines Poland logistics portfolio of distribution parks. Apart from coordinating Hines Poland Property Management department activities, Kamil was also responsible for administrative proceedings, budget preparation, contract negotiations, tender proceedings and coordination of construction works. During his career, Kamil has also been engaged in asset management responsibilities being an asset manager for prominent Hines logistic assets, followed by project management responsibilities developing some of Hines industrial projects.
Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Kamil has also been a key support to asset and land acquisition and disposal processes.
Kamil Nurek holds a MsC in Real Estate from University College of Estate Management (Reading, UK, 2020) and a MsC in Property Management and Consulting from Warmia and Mazury University (Olsztyn, PL, 2010).
