Ross Blair

Mr. Blair is Senior Managing Director and Country Head of Hines UK. Since joining Hines in 2003, he has overseen a wide variety of transactions spanning opportunistic development through to core investment on behalf of Hines Funds and third-party capital sources and has been involved with over £5bn of transactions in Central London and the regions. The UK portfolio comprises office, logistics, retail and student housing and most recently expanded to include Property and Facilities Management to enhance its Asset and Development Management capabilities.

Blair is a Chartered Surveyor and graduated from City University, London, with an MSc in Property Investment. He is a member of the British Council for Offices.
