Sam Rashin

Sam Rashin is a Senior Director, Investment Management for Hines U.S. Property Recovery Fund, responsible for developing and executing on the Fund’s investment strategy.

In his previous role, Sam was Director, Investment Management with Hines for two separate accounts, a global build-to-core development mandate and an opportunistic Canada-focused investment vehicle. Sam began his career at Hines as an Associate in the East Region where he worked across development, acquisitions, and asset management. Prior to attending business school, Sam worked in management consulting at Bain & Company and in state government.

Sam graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
