Simon Baxter

Mr. Baxter is Managing Director, Head of the Conceptual Construction Group for Europe. He leads the team in Europe which aims to reduce risk for clients and deliver long-term investment value. His responsibility spans market analysis, competitive benchmarking, architect and consultant selection, design coordination, bidding, contracting and management of every aspect of a construction project from inception through to delivery, ensuring best practice is always maintained. He joined Hines in 2021 and brings more than 25 years of experience in international real estate development and project management. He is an expert in project set-up and execution across a broad cross section of asset classes and mixed-use projects.

Baxter earned his BSc in Construction Economics from Northumbria University.
