Simon Shen

Simon is responsible for managing investment strategies in Asia. Since joining Hines in 1997, Simon has contributed to the investment, acquisition, and development of over 4.5 million square meters of real estate, including office, industrial, residential and retail in Asia, Americas and Europe. His experience in fund management and formation has spanned over 20 years across multiple funds and separate accounts representing approximately $6.5 billion in equity.​

Simon holds a BS in naval architecture from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.​
