Terrence Kim

Mr. Kim serves as Managing Director – Capital Markets, Asia Pacific Region and is responsible for managing major Korean institutional investor relationships. Prior to joining Hines in 2014, he worked for KPMG Korea where he provided various cross-border real estate investment advisory services. He also worked for Taubman Asia based in Hong Kong from July 2017 until April 2018 as Director of Capital Investments where he was responsible for underwriting shopping center development projects in Asia.

Kim graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Washington State Board of Accountancy and holds Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from CCIM Institute.
