Tina He

Ms. He serves as managing director and is responsible for asset and development management across Greater China. The general manager of One Museum Place as well, she has been a key member of the project since the land tender phase, was responsible for its development and asset management, and now oversees operations for the 180,000 sqm tower. Tina joined Hines in 2006 and worked on River House and California Place.

He earned her M.S. in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Xi’an University of Architecture & Technology and her M.S. in Real Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.
