Tina Rawla

Ms. Rawla is managing director and CFO/COO, and is responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing critical decision making, accounting, budgeting, reporting requirements and day to day business operations for Hines India. She joined Hines in 2010 and since then has been closely involved in the due diligence and documentation of new projects and has played an integral role in investment decisions, tax and investment restructuring and partner relations. Her responsibilities also include team management and asset management for operating assets, property management and human resources.

Rawla is a qualified Chartered Accountant and received her Bachelor’s degree from Hans Raj College.
