In Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, HEPP acquired its first industrial and logistics Portfolio in the UK targeting meaningful rent reversion in the short-to-medium term. The portfolio consists of five industrial and logistics facilities located in the northern logistics corridor of England and were purchased off-market. All assets are supported by modern transportation access and strong supply/demand imbalances. We believe targeted capital improvements will enhance asset value, and there are opportunities for the implementation of essential ESG and sustainability measures.
The UK Industrial Assets referenced here are part of the HEPP portfolio. The case study presented herein is for illustrative purposes only. It should not be assumed that investments made in the future will be comparable in quality or performance to the investment described herein. Case studies selected are the first acquisitions by the Fund in Germany, Italy, and the UK.
