Currency and Taxation

Investments in the Fund will be denominated in Euros and, therefore, will be subject to any fluctuation in the rate of exchange between the Euro and the currency of the investor’s home jurisdiction, which may have an adverse effect on the value of, price of or income or gains from an investor’s investment in the Fund.
