The Hines European Core Fund (“HECF” or the “Fund”) is an open-ended, income-focused strategy with an 18-year track record that invests in and manages a well-diversified portfolio of stable, income-producing real estate assets.
The Fund pursues a balanced investment strategy, acquiring assets in prime locations with the aim to strengthen and grow the income profile during the holding period through sustainability-linked initiatives and active asset management.
