In March 2023, HUSPRF acquired the newly constructed trophy office building at 1050 17th Street. This state-of-the-art property offers the Fund valuable exposure to a resilient gateway market and a high-barrier micro-market. Designed by Gensler and built by Clark Construction, this trophy office building is ideally situated just half a mile from the White House and a block from the highly sought-after K Street. The strategic goal for this acquisition is to achieve stabilization through lease-up.
