Hines entered Australia in Sydney in 2012 and since then has acquired, managed and developed more than 1.4 million square feet across nine projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. In addition to core acquisitions, Hines Australia has taken on major repositioning efforts including 260 Queen Street and 348 Edward in Brisbane, and new developments including two Hines T3 (Timber, Transit and Technology) office buildings in Melbourne.
