Hines established its platform in South Korea in 2013 and provides investment advisory services to professional investors through its FSC (Financial Services Commission) registered subsidiary Hines Korea Advisors Co. Ltd.
In 2021, Hines expanded its presence in South Korea with the opening of a regional investment and development office. The Seoul-based team is active across product types and has acquisitions and developments underway totaling over 200,000 square meters in the country.
