Hines opened its Southeast Region office in Atlanta in 1982. Since that time, the firm has developed, acquired and managed a wide array projects in a number of categories throughout the city and surrounding areas. Signature projects include development of 1180 Peachtree, One Ninety One Peachtree and Two Ravinia Drive. Other major cities in the region where Hines has key projects include Miami; Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; and Charlotte, NC.
