Hines’ Flexible Workspace Platform to Open Second Location in Mexico City

(MEXICO CITY, MX) – Hines, a global real estate investment manager, today announced that The Square, Hines’ flexible work platform, will open a location in the premier office building, Torre del Ángel in Mexico City, this fall. This marks The Square’s second location in Mexico City, with the first located at Corporativo Neuchâtel, and seventh globally. Torre del Ángel, managed by Hines, is a 21-story, 271,000-square-foot building on Avenida Paseo de Reforma 350, situated in Mexico City’s most prime location.

The Square at Torre del Ángel will occupy 1,270.8 square meters (13,679 square feet) and provide an innovative environment, catering to the flexible needs of today's workforce in an international premium Class A office building. It integrates hospitality-driven property management with premium private offices and suites. Designed for contemporary professionals, The Square will feature on-demand meeting rooms and office spaces, available for booking by the hour, day, week, or month.

The Square at Torre del Ángel can accommodate up to 195 people spread across offices and suites, with access to the building's conference center being delivered later this year. Members can access building amenities, including an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking El Ángel de la Independencia, Mexico City’s best-known monument, along with a coffee shop on the ground floor. Members will also gain access to The Square’s network of collaboration and office spaces, with locations in Houston, Washington, D.C., New York City, and a growing list of additional cities.
