Hines’ Nestlé House Signs Latest Tenant to Complete 100% Occupancy

(WARSAW) – Hines, a global real estate investment, development and management company announces that it has leased office space to Communisis Poland, the marketing firm, in the Nestlé House building in Warsaw, completing its occupancy.

Nestlé House is a modern, eight-storey Class A building offering more than 16,400 square metres of office space and 1,400 square metres of amenities and retail space. The glazed façade provides an abundance of natural daylight and tenants have an underground car park at their disposal offering 356 parking spaces and numerous bicycle racks. Nestlé House since 2014 has a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certificate.

The building is located at 32 Domaniewska Street, in the business district of Mokotów. Important transport routes in this part of Warsaw are nearby, making the building easily accessible. The vicinity of the Wierzbno and Wilanowska metro stations, as well as a large number of bus and tram stops, provide excellent connectivity to other districts.

Nestlé House, together with the Ambassador Office Building and Sky Office Center, belongs to the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF).

Edyta Wolukanis, asset manager at Hines in Poland says: “In an era of hybrid working, to lease the entire office space at Nestlé House is a great success. It’s the perfect place for companies who value high quality, flexibility and functional space. Tenants benefit from a wide range of amenities in the building including a bicycle station, a canteen, an ATM and a baby care room as well as efficient customer-oriented management. This success gives us the motivation to further improve our occupier offering across all assets we own and manage in Poland."

Robert Kowalczyk, CEE/Ukraine Cluster Manager at Communisis Poland adds: “Nestlé House is the perfect place for our company's headquarters. Its choice was determined primarily by its favourable location and high-quality office space that meets all our expectations and requirements.”

Advisors on the transaction include Maxon real estate agency and DPPA Legal.
