201 Mountain View Park features a 375,025-square-foot cross-dock warehouse with 36-foot clear height; a set of 126,846-square-foot rear-load assets with 32-foot clear height; and a 99,216-square-foot rear-load building with 28-foot clear height.
Located in West Valley City, Utah, just outside of Salt Lake City, 201 Mountain View Park is positioned just five miles west of I-15 and adjacent to the premier California Avenue submarket. It is less than a 12-hour drive from Los Angeles, Denver, Reno, Las Vegas and San Francisco, making it a highly desirable location for a distribution center.
Hines sold 201 MVP in 2021, and continues to provide property management to three of its four buildings, totalling 628,470 square feet.
