In 2020, Hines and Henderson Park acquired the 71,000 sqm site in an off-market transaction in Athens, Greece for the development of a residential-for-sale complex.
The construction of approximately 63 acres is planned in three phases and will include a total of 250-300 apartments and houses, as well as playgrounds, security and underground parking spaces. The residences to be built are aimed at domestic and foreign buyers, since the location of the plot is considered one of the most attractive areas of Attica thanks to its proximity to the city (just 16 kilometers south of the center of Athens) and to the sea.
The complex has an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool, aimed at all ages, as well as spa and gym facilities. In addition, residents will have an exclusive beach club membership for the coasts of Athens.
The project, which is targetting a BREEAM certification, will be delivered in phases and construction commenced in April 2024.
