Brickline at the Mercantile

In June 2023, Hines completed Brickline at the Mercantile, a 379-unit luxury apartment community in downtown Omaha. Part of The Mercantile, a 20-acre mixed-used development overlooking the Heartland of America Park lake, Brickline boasts a first-of-its-kind city-owned parking garage wrapped inside the building. Amenities include a pool deck with a firepit, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, and a grilling area with outdoor kitchens.
