Convento City Park is located in the CTT industrial submarket, the most active distribution submarket in Mexico City. The park has frontage along Highway 57 inside the toll booth at Tepotzotlan connecting to the Mexico City exterior loop and connecting Mexico City to Queretaro, San Luis Potosi and Laredo.
Phase 1 of Convento City Park consists of three buildings—Building 1 - an acquisition, Building 2 - an acquisition and expansion, and Building 3 - a vertical development—and features 32-foot clear heights with both cross-dock and front-load configurations.
Convento City Park will ultimately consist of seven buildings and over 1.6 million square feet of Class AAA logistics and distribution space.
