Distribution Park Embu

In 2007, the Hines CalPERS Brazil II (HCB II) fund acquired a 360-acre site located in São Paulo, on which Hines developed Distribution Park Embu. Completed in 2009, Distribution Park Embu is a seven-building, 1,610,997-square-foot distribution and logistics park that was developed for both speculative and build-to-suit tenants.
