Helios, a five-story, 238,000-square-foot, 258-unit luxury for-rent residential community, is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) submarket. It is situated on a three-acre site adjacent to the northwest corner of Belleview Avenue and Ulster Street, near the high-end Belleview Promenade retail center.
Designed by Meeks + Partners, the wood-framed project contains five stories of residences that wrap around a garage on the project's eastern boundary. The residential units and club amenities feature nine-foot ceilings. The project's façade is clad primarily in contrasting colors of terra cotta and beige to complement the surrounding office and retail projects. The complex's one- and two-bedroom units range in size from 621 to 1,380 square feet and include high-quality finishes. In addition to its proximity to Belleview Promenade, residents enjoy state-of-the-art common areas, an interior courtyard, a resort-style pool, a fitness center and a business center. Parking is provided in a 7-level, 385-car garage.
The project, constructed by general contractor Urban Oaks Builders, delivered first units for occupancy in June 2015, with final completion in August 2015.
Hines sold the property in December 2016.
