Las Colinas

The Hines Las Colinas project, with development of over 550 acres of land, was completed and sold in 2016. A master-planned development, the project includes three single-family residential communities with over 800 residences: La Villita with 150 lots, Riverside Village with 400 lots and The Lakes of Las Colinas, a luxury gated community with 300 lots. The initial development consisted of 600 acres of non-contiguous real estate of which approximately 360 acres was sold to various developers for both commercial and multi-family residential projects.
