Le Coeur is an outstanding development opportunity of approximately 47,000 sqm GFA on Königsallee in Dusseldorf's best central business district location, immediately adjacent to the Hines projects Kö-Quartier, Kasernenstraße, Carlsquartier und Benrather Karree. Hines acquired the former Commerzbank building "KOE37" at the end of 2020 in a joint venture with a German pension fund. Le Coeur intends to completely open up new perspectives for Königsallee. The ensemble of old and new buildings with different facades aims to offer an attractive, unprecedented connection between the city center and Carlstadt.
