Hines initially invested in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in 2014.
Liffey Valley is one of Dublin’s major shopping centres with a total floor area of over 827,930 square-feet. The centre is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Next, Dunnes Stores, Boots and Zara. In addition to the anchors, visitors are sure to find something for everyone with over 80 stores, 20 restaurants, and a 14 screen cinema. There are also over 3,400 car spaces with unrivalled access off the M50 motorway.
Hines sold its interest in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in 2016 but is currently asset manager and development manager of the project while holding a minority ownership in the adjacent development lands.
