Punto Central

Located in the upscale suburb of San Pedro Garza Garcia in Monterrey, Mexico, Punto Central is a 13-story, 492,000-square-foot mixed-use project on a 17-acre site that contains 92 condominiums on 11 floors. There are 51,000 square feet of specialty retail and office space on the lower two floors. The project was completed in 2008.
