Sierrazul

Sierrazul is a 14-story, 120-unit residential building located next to the exclusive Campanario Golf Club in the central district of Querétaro, Mexico. The condominium is situated on a mountain top overlooking the city's colonial downtown area and allows easy access to services, schools and shopping venues. Condominium units range from 75 square meters to 280 square meters (807 square feet to 3,012 square feet). Amenities include a pool, fitness and sports facilities, a multi-purpose banquet room, a cinema, automated access control, a club room, outdoor terraces, a motor lobby and luxurious landscaped areas covering more than 50 percent of the grounds. The project was completed in 2008.
