In 2018, Hines, on behalf of its European Value Fund, acquired Trinity Quarter, a four-building, 21,000-square-meter mixed-use asset in Copenhagen.

Located in the heart of Copenhagen’s retail and tourist thoroughfare, the properties are adjacent to the Round Tower, one of Denmark’s most visited tourist attractions.

Hines will redevelop the properties to create a high-quality mixed-use asset that will feature hospitality, retail and residential components.
